Mantis_Tech Galfer 1300, extreme initial bite, no fade for the duration of a sprint race, easy to modulate while trailing

On my zx10 I am running Ferodo ZRAC, in my opinion they are better than the Galfer 1300 if they are bedded properly, but they don't last as long

Strider I am running EBC HH on the front and EBC organic on the rear. I plan on trying Carbone Lorraine pads next.

syringe I agree -- the stock brakes are pretty darn good. I didn't feel the need to switch to SS lines after being at a fast track. From some feedback I got, I may end up getting new OEM pads and trying those. The first owner wore them well down to 40% or so. Maybe new ones will help.

Ahamay I swapped to EBC sintered on the front and organic on rear- honestly didnt notice a difference. I don't brake hard enough for the bite, and don't have SS lines

Brake pads

Greetings --

So, I had my 2011 ZX-6R on the track a couple of weeks ago. My one and only true complaint about the motorbike, other than "needs a better rider," are the bite/feel of the stock brake pads.

What are you all running? Vesrah? EBC? Organic?

I think I would like to get rid of the stockers before I head off to the track again in a couple of weeks.

Thanks,

Syringe
