2012 zx6r ?

I have both 09zx10r and 2012 zx6r on my zx10r i removed secondary butterflies in the throttle body and it gave a better throttle responce in lower rpm has anybody heard of doing this with a 2012zx6r I hate throttle response below 8000 rpm on zx6r

Did your bike still run good after taking them out or did itt hurt the performance and did you put them back on

No it didn't hurt performance at all made the stock exhaust note alil louder. I did the pvc throttle mod so my throttle is very touchy now n I like it that way.

Thanks for the advice, what is the pvc throttle mod . Is it something I can buy?

What it is you cut a piece of pvc piping and glue it on your throttle tube where the throttle cables rest. In doing so you cut the throttle movement in half. It's a cheap easy mod that takes about 30 minutes. Some people remove the tube all together. But I did it just fine with the throttle tube still on the bike .
