Default Alpinestars Protection Pack Backpack

With an integrated CE-certified back protector, plenty of storage capacity and an external helmet carrier, Alpinestars brands the Protection Pack with “Swiss Army Knife backpack functionality.” And we tend to agree! Inside the 18.5” tall, 11” long and 5” deep bag, we found a myriad of organizer compartments plus two more external pockets, which should make getting at your goods quick and easy. Holding it all together is a combination of 840D ballistic nylon and 420D honeycomb nylon that, along with the gasketed self-locking zippers, resists water intrusion and imparts a semi-rigid feel to the backpack. Most noticeable at the lower sides of the bag are a pair of side impact plates at the waist that for side-impact protection. Considering the fact that there’s also an armored back protector specifically developed to fit inside this bag, for the safety conscious street rider, this bag is worth a close look.

For more information, check out the Protection Pack on our website or call Brad at 866.931.6644 x 810. You can also email us, send those to FORUM at RIDERSDISCOUNT dot COM with ALPINESTARS PROTECTION BACKPACK in the subject line and we’ll get back to you right away.

The Alpinestars Protection Pack.

It’s called the Protection Pack because of this little number seen protruding from the rider-facing side of the bag, which, is basically a re-engineered Alpinestars Bionic Race back protector. It’s also removable, should you care to use it with any of your other riding gear.

Inside the bag, a variety of organizer pockets help you find what you need fast. A separate laptop sleeve is spacious enough to easily swallow a 15” laptop computer.

Thanks to the bag’s semi-rigid chassis construction, you can expect it to stay in place comfortably no matter how you have it loaded. Seen inside the waist straps is impact-absorbing armor.

Shoulder, waist and sternum straps are all fully-adjustable for length, further aiding in the secure transport of your stash when you’re on the move.

At the bottom of the bag, a separate compartment houses the helmet carrying device you see here. On the helmet-facing side of the webbing can be found rubber traction pads which provide a positive grip, easily holding your lid securely in place. The whole contraption easily hides away when not in use.
