Soon to be ZX-6R Owner (F Model)

Hey!
Have just bought an old Ninja (N-Reg, F Model) from my brother, and thought I'd sign up!
Also got a Suzuki SV650s, but have started using it for commuting more often and now fancied something with a bit more poke for some weekend fun.

First query is that I'm looking to upgrade the brakes, larger master cylinder, and probably braided hoses while I'm there... (Did it on the SV and will want to do it to the Ninja too).

Does anyone know if there are any calipers that are a straight swap in? Or is it likely I'll have to get an adapter plate made up for it?
