Front fork: rebound; top brass screw head on fork, click in all the way to the right then back out 10 clicks for stock setting, all the way in is the strongest dampening and 11 clicks out is the weakest. Spring preload; 14 mm hex head on top of fork, measure from the top of the polished aluminum hex to the top of the black painted 14 mm hex head, 17mm is the standard measure, 19mm is the weakest springload and 4 mm is the strongest springload. Compression; brass screw head at bottom backside of the fork close to the axle, click all the way in to the right then back out 10 clicks for stock setting, all the way in is the strongest dampening and 13 clicks out is the weakest.
Rear shock: Rebound; brass screw head at the bottom of the shock, all the way in to the right then back out 2 clicks, range from weakest to srongest is 2 1/2 clicks out to all the way in. Compression; brass screw head at the top of shock, all the way in then 4 clicks out, useable range is 4 clicks out (weakest) all the way in (strongest). Spring preload: nut at the top of shock (threaded part) spring length useable range is from 191.5 mm (weakest) to 173.5 (strongest) stock length is 179mm.
all this info is from the factory shop manual.

Default THanks

Thanks I bought the bike from a girl who probably got out her makeup kit to adjust the suspension. The left side was full damping and the right was zero. Kind of fun going around the first few turns not knowing what to expect. I appreciate the help though. It is much better now.
