on my 03 zx6r the ignition went out. ( it only stays in on or the position with the park lights on) i found the parts on ron ayers, anybody have a how to on this? it looks like the bolts holding it in are the type where the heads break off. any idea how to remove them...

thanks bob

Take of the top tree center punch it then start with a thin drill to get the hole central then either use an easyout.

or drill it out.

Easy out like Chico said or use a larger drill bit and remove the head that you can see like you would with a rivet. Kind of a pain either way, I had to do it with mine a while back. I just used normal bolts when I put it all back together.
