Default suspension settings for 05 zx6r

I recently purchased this 05 zx6r and the suspension set for a 150lbs rider.

Im a 240lbs rider. Way to soft for me. Do I need to change springs or can I set it to my weight? As long as I have a base setting to look at and go by. I can do the small adjustments needed from there.

I knew i might have to go that route. Whats the prefered route to take with the rear?

Can i just get a stiffer rear spring? or shock spring combo?

I guess on the front i can get something like racetech but im not sure if i want to go with them......
