I got 2008 with the jumper mod, K&N, and an Akrapovis slip-on. I don't know how much I'm really making but Akra has a dyno of 3 HP and I know the jumper mod gives you 6 HP. Taking in the additional 2% from the K&N after these mods I can safely say around 110 HP. Here's my math:
Stock HP is 98.7
After jumper mod it's 104.8
(Taken from July's Sportrider comparison of the 600's)
104.8+3 from the Akrapovic slip-on.
107.8 + the 2% from the K&N = 109.9 roughly, 110.
I know it's not dyno proven (except for the jumper mod facts and Akrapovic facts) but I guarantee it's pretty damn close to 110 right now.

Is this at the crank or wheel?

Along with the jumper fix, isn't the timing retarded so it won't ping? I recall the '07 release info saying because the bike has 13:1 compression kawasaki retarded it back to12:1 so it wont ping. If I'm correct you should be able to advance the timing to gain additional HP; though you'll need to run higher octane most of the time if not all the time.

From the bikes I've seen, things like the ignition modules don't do much unless you up the compression. Mine is stock right now so I don't even have one on mine

Changing the spark timing does not change the compression ratio, but you are correct in that it needs to be retarded if you're running low octane fuel on a high compression bike (i.e. the ZX6R). It's most evident at low rpm and large throttle openings where with too much advance the thing will ping like a mofo.

Last year in one of the comparo rides one said, If I had to recomend a liter bike for a beginner it would be the 1000RR.
