What is everyone running for a front tire on there bike?
the wifes front tire is a 120-65-17 . This is what it calls for but no one makes this size. The standard tire size are 120-72-17 or 120-60-17 So I was wondering what people are running on there bikes? Thanks

120/65 is a valid tyre size / profile and yes they do make them.
Michelin Pilot Power (but not the 2CT) and perhaps a few others, but yes, your options are limited. I would imagine a 120/70 will fit under there without much drama (they are a touch taller). A bit less agile on the turn in, but more stability while they're on the side. I always like the 120/70 way better than the 120/60 that was supposed to run on my old ZX6R (bare in mind, that was a '96 model though!).

Thanks,
I did not even think to look at the standard power. I will order up a front I have a 2ct 180 for the rear so the tire profiles should work together with out a issue. (If there is a issue can someone let me know?) / Again thanks for the help.

The profile will be fine, it's just that technically your front will end up a bit harder than the rear. Unless you're doing track days or very hard road riding you won't find a problem though. The traditional approach is to run a softer front (if you are mismatching tyres front and rear) with a harder rear. With regards to the actual shape (profile) of the tyre, the PP will be fine, no dramas.
I'm actually running a Bridgestone BT002 front with a Pilot Power 2CT rear and quite enjoy the way it works. The front just keeps going and going (grip wise) and the rear lasts a lot better than a BT002. Works for me!
