I just crashed my race bike 2 weeks ago. I finally got parts coming in and have been putting it back together. It looks like I have everything hooked up and good to go. Here's what I've done so far. Put on a new tip sensor, new speedo, checked the side stand switch and the charged battery. When you turn the key on the fuel pump cycles like it should and stops like it should. But when you hit the starter you get nothing except the fuel pump will cycle as long as you hold it down. Does the starter switch have to be grounded to the bike? I don't have my forks on since they're being fixed right now. Gotta get this thing figured out. Thanks

yup, raced it last weekend. Ended up being the clutch switch which is weird because I've never had it plugged in or jumped it. So I'm not sure how it started before. But I jumped it now and it's good to go. Clean it up and go race in 2 weeks again
