08' jumper mod?

hey, just wonderin if anyone has any preferences on how you do this or what to connect them with...i have heard some use regular black tape and say it is fine and yet others say go with connectors?? any input?

I used a paper clip trimmed and bent to fit perfectly. Then I taped it up so it looked like a fuse. Plugged it in, snapped the connector head back on. Done. You can use wire or whatever really...

alright... does anyone have something i can go off of for hookin it up cause im almost positive i know what to hook up just want to be certain...
