The July 2008 Sportrider lists a great setup for the street but if you can't find it I will give you the specs. This is what I use for the street and with gear I'm about 205 lbs. This preload setup puts me at 32mm of sag at both ends

Front Preload: 9 turns out from full stiff.
Front Rebound damping: 1.5 turns out from full stiff
Front Compression damping: 2 turns out from full stiff

Rear Preload: 8mm thread showing on top of adjustment collar
Rear Rebound damping: 17 clicks out from full stiff
Rear High-speed compression damping: 2.5 turns out from full stiff
Rear low speed compression damping: 2 turns out from full stiff

To make things simple follow sportrider's online guide that shows you how to set your sag on your bike for your specific weight. You should be at between 30-35 mm of sag for the street. Once you have your sag set by adjusting your rear spring and front preload then all you have to do is put the rest of these settings in and adjust it slowly over time to dial it in for your style of riding.
