Its quite funny asking if a sport/superbike is comfortable... none the less the 06 zx6 will be more comfortable for the street. The 07 zx6 is far more track oriented although I have no troubles with comfort on my 07. I think I'm around 5'8

I had an 03 ZX6R, and compared to the 07, it was no where near as comfortable. The 07 sits you upright more. The reach to the bars seems more relaxed, the stock suspension is more plush (but equally as firm, if not more so). Even compared to my 06 ZX10R, the 07 ZX6R is more comfortable by a very noticeable amount. I rode the 07 for a couple of weeks before track prepping it, so this isn't just a track point of view. If only the 6 had more low end power, I would think about getting a second one for the street.
