we built one for dragracing. so here's some info for ya. the bike is a kitty on low end. it make nooo power however on the top end with the ram ai kicking it will flat outrun all other 600's. ceramic bearings worked real well and be prepared to hunt for room for your electronics. a pc3 in the tail and walla your out of room. the tank sits real low in the frame so this makes running wires a Bi@$%. so just go ahead and plan on lifting the tank every wire. For suspension work {as far as stock headers go} the rear dog bones are impossible to remove without taking the headers down. the pipe is in the way of the lower bolt. solution is a piece of allthread and 2 nuts.

don't use ceramic bearings for roadracing. :headshake they are not cost prohibitive.

Wow me too. Mine is already torn down with a whopping 110 miles on her. I bought her in OCT and took her to the track for one day in street apparel. Currently awaiting the arrival of bodywork so I can get paint done. I'll post up pics as well, once she's complete.

I'm adding a slip on and having the stock header modified by replacing the section that has the cat with a piece of exhaust pipe. Seen it done already and it worked very well. I just cannot justify 1100 + for a full race system. I'll have about 500 total in my setup.
