got my crash kit in a few weeks back never really got around to putting it on till today and im having a problem.
the right side frame/engine mount bolt wont come out. broke 2 allens trying. any body got a trick or some advice. i might just have to wait till spring and ride it some were with a impact wrench. |

I would love to help. However I am about to order mine up as well and it looks like you have run into a problem. Are you sure you are removing the right bolt? Try the Kawi forum do a search you might find the answer there.

I used (without reading the forum of course!) a T-handle allen with a big closed end wrench for leverage and ended up stripping the head off of it so I had to use an ez out on it!! I don't recommend using my way it was a PITA all for some damned frame sliders:badteeth:
