THe axles on the ZX6's 05-08 and ZX14 are 5 mm larger than the ZX10. It is a spacer and axle size issue. AS they sit, there is NO WAY the 10 wheels fit on anything else. I am currently working on custom spacers for this application.

I recently bought some Marchesini wheels for my ZX10r (06 Gen 2) model and according to the Marchesini parts # that Marchesini wheel fits the 2005-2007 ZX6 and ZX6RR models and 2006-2007 ZX10R. Based on that I would say the 2005-2007 ZX6R and 2006-2007 ZX10R wheels would interchange. Naturally they will have different Kawi part#s due to different color schemes, but they should bolt right on. JJ |

For the 06 10R Kawasaki changed the front axel to a larger axel than what came on the 04-05 10R. So NO, 10 all years are smaller isn't correct. You must own a 04-05 ZX10R or you would have seen this. I might also add that Kawasaki lists the same part # for the FRONT wheel bearings for the 2005-2007 6R, and the 06-07 ZX10R. 6005UU is that #, The 04-05 10R uses a different and smaller front wheel bearing. Interesting. I guess the front wheel is the different animal then. I am working on fitment for the 14 wheels on the 10. The axles are the same diameter on the 6 and 14, which means the 06+ 10 front axle should work also.
I guess the 04/05 zx10 is the odd ball then? I actually have owned all years 6 and 10, but recall people trying to fit the front wheel up from an 06 to an 05 and could not. Hence the above post showing he has an 06 front end. I have a set of 14 wheels in the garage right now. I'll update this thread once I get the fitment for the 14 wheels completed on the 07 zx10. Hopefully we can sticky this once all the measuring is complete.
