no. this board. a lot of sites have iPhone specific versions of their site or a downloadable app to make their site easier to use. the first that comes to mind is facebook...

unlikely...iphone has a version of safari (apples web browser) on it...when you surf the web, youre not looking at mobile versions of websites like you do on a phone or a blackberry...youre looking at the same web pages you do on a pc...

after a little searching, ive found skins that are optimized for iphones, but im not sure how they would translate to other devices...

Aaah, me no savvy kemosabe at first, understand now. I was thinking hardware, not software. I use Opera 8.65 on my HTC Athena though it uses WM6.1, and prefer regular pages to the mobile ones due to to the screen size. (5") I thought that safari on the iphone displayed regular pages correctly. I must admit though that the iphone and OSX is out of my area of expertise.

it does, it displays it like it would on your computer, its just optimized so its a bit faster, but still has the deminsions so you can view it just fine without zooming in or using it in a horizontal view.
