Where's My Stuff?

I placed an order for some ZX-10R.net stuff on August 7th. My account was charged shortly after placing the order. I have not yet received my stuff and my most recent email has gone unanswered for a week. I asked about my order earlier and received this answer on Sept 2nd:

There has been a slight backup in the orders. I will make sure that if your
order hasn't gone out this week, it will get out this week for sure. I will
check it out in the morning.

Thanks for your support & patience with my slow shipping.

i can assure you that you will get your stuff. Rich has a family, job and hes the only one that ships orders. No worries, im very sure you will get them. btw congrats for that contributor banner

I've had that for a while. This isn't my first purchase. I just don't remember my last purchase being drug out so long. I know he's an honest guy. I've just had trouble expressing my concern via private avenues.

Maybe later. I lost my wristband already, somewhere between work and home. My Tuesday nights are crazy, getting the kid home and to swimming lessons and whatnot. By the time the dust settled, I discovered that my wristband was missing. :sad:
