i placed my order om 8/23/08 payed card and i still haven't got my stuff or the banner

Ok so its been about 2 1/2 weeks and still no contributor banner or the wrist ban wtf i pm'ed rich but no answer yet if i dint get my stuff then how do i get my money back?
