is there anyway i can turn some html pictures into IMG format to post on here?

You can use print screen and open paint, paste it there by hitting control + v. Then crop out what you want and save as a .jpg.

all ya gotta do is change the tag at the beginning and end of the link of the pic.....[IMG] [/IMG]
Of course this way involves you having the pics hosted on a image hosting website such as photobucket.com, which is free by the way...
