Having trouble with my 09 zx6r

I have an 09 zx6r with 15,000 miles and I just put a k&n air filter on it and I noticed that the past few times I tried to turn it on it doesn't want to stay running until I turn the idle up and then once I drive a little ways and pull in the clutch the idle is at 3500.. Once the bike is running for a bit it's fine but cold it's a pain in the ass.. I also have a two brothers slip on and pc v on it.. I just took off the Pc v and it's still doing the sane thing.. What do y'all think it could be bad gas?

does it do it if you take the filter out and free flow it or put the stocker back in?
