Not starting.

I'm looking to buy a '07 ZX6R, 14k miles. Owner said he was riding and it just shut off, won't turn over or anything, just clicks, he thought it was the battery so he put a new battery in it, still only clicks. What do you guys think it could be?

Could be the bike down switch, or the kick stand switch. Or a combo of both
